I’m not satanic but these are some damn good rules.
satan does not support rape, animal cruelty, or child abuse
when walking in open territory, bother no one. if someone bothers you, ask them to stop. if they do not stop, destroy them.
*Today on I Didn’t Know I was a Satanist*
It’s a thing where every time I see it I have to reblog it because satanism is all about fucking treating yourself right and giving respect to everyone who respects your back.
The whole ideal is to find truth and to seek out the goodness in education and enlightenment. The symbology of the snake is actually only recently been on blast in terms of human history. It’s the representation of knowledge in form and function. The sleek, and agile body of the serpent can navigate many terrains and overcome many obstacles. When it has outgrown it’s former skin, it sheds it, and becomes anew, as the human mind and spirit should.
Satanic belief isn’t at all “KILL FUCK REPEAT,” it’s the betterment of the self, spiritually and physically.
Surprise, surprise mother fuckers, these are basically the same rules as many of the Buddhist monks.
Now. This is not a terrible set of rules. But at the core it is pretty much opposite of what Buddhists practice. The rules of satan are focused on the individual. They’re more like a set of rules on how to survive. The noble path is about respecting everyone, even if they don’t respect you back.
…but, they are not in conflict with each other. A satanist and a buddhist meet on the road, and their customs are gonna be pretty compatible.
Oh man, I smell a buddy comedy
